What is the return policy?
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy (14 days for EU orders). Items must be unworn/unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, contact us at infomistpaw@gmail.com. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. Contact us immediately if your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned. Contact us with questions about specific items.
Exchanges
To exchange, return your item for a refund, then place a new order.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (processing time may vary). Contact us at infomistpaw@gmail.com if more than 15 business days pass after approval.

When will I get my order?
